Information we collect
When you request a trial or sign up for weekly monitoring, we collect the selected plan, company name, work email, website, service description, geographic coverage, consent choices and request time. We store a one-way hash of the network address used to submit the form for security and rate limiting, not the original address.
For carefully selected business outreach, we may also use a company name, public website, published service information and a generic company email address or contact form. We do not buy contact lists or use personal email addresses for this activity.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your request, research suitable public opportunities, prevent abuse, maintain suppression records and operate the service. Optional service-update emails are sent only when separately selected.
We may send a limited, relevant message to an active UK company when we have prepared a company-specific tender sample. We identify ourselves, explain why the message may be relevant and provide a simple way to opt out. We do not send this outreach to sole traders or unincorporated partnerships unless they have consented.
Lawful basis and retention
We use requested information to take steps at your request and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing Tender Scout. Optional updates rely on consent. Limited company outreach relies on our legitimate interest in introducing a relevant business service, after checking that the recipient is a corporate subscriber and that the contact is proportionate.
Unconverted enquiries are reviewed after 90 days and deleted when no longer needed. Outreach records are reviewed after 12 months. Suppression records are retained so that an opt-out remains effective.
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, email and security suppliers acting for us. Before using a supplier outside the UK, we will apply an appropriate UK transfer safeguard where required.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion, object to processing, restrict use, withdraw consent or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact support@willdobot.com. To stop marketing email, use the opt-out supplied in the message or email us.
