Information we collect
For an availability check, we collect the company name, work email, optional website, service description, geographic coverage, consent choices, request time and a general referral-channel label. We store a one-way hash of the network address used to submit the form for security and rate limiting, not the original address.
If you buy the report, Stripe processes the payment and provides us with payment status, customer and transaction references, billing details needed for the invoice, and refund status. We do not receive or store full card details.
How we use it
We use the business profile to find and review public opportunities, confirm whether two matches are available, create a checkout only after that confirmation, recheck the notices after payment, deliver the PDF and issue the automatic full refund if the promised two-result report cannot be supplied.
We also use bounded records to prevent duplicate delivery, deal with support, maintain opt-outs, secure the service and meet legal, tax and accounting duties. Optional service updates and optional audience measurement require separate choices.
Retention and sharing
Unconverted availability requests are reviewed after 90 days and deleted when no longer needed. Purchase, invoice and refund records are retained for the period required for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Suppression records are retained so an opt-out remains effective.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, email, AI review and payment suppliers acting for us. We limit the data supplied to what each task needs and use appropriate UK transfer safeguards where required.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion, object to processing, restrict use, withdraw consent or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact support@willdobot.com.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies. The privacy control uses an essential cookie named miko_privacy_consent and local storage named miko_privacy_preferences to remember and enforce your choice for up to 180 days.
Your colour-theme choice is stored locally in your browser until you clear it. A short-lived session value is used only when an authorised Stripe test route is opened. Stripe may use essential checkout technologies on its own hosted payment page when you choose to open it.
Audience measurement
If you allow it, we load our self-hosted Umami service from stats.findamat.com on selected public pages. It does not use analytics cookies or track people across websites. It receives the page viewed, referring page, device and browser type, approximate country and the technical information needed to receive a web request. It is not configured to collect form entries, billing-access tokens or payment details.
